Johnny Mosser is a graduate of Slaton High School. He is originally from Slaton, but has been a resident of Lubbock for over 25 years. He currently lives in Lubbock with his wife, Charlcie. Johnny and Charlcie have three daughters and one granddaughter.
Johnny began his homebuilding career in 1985 as a framing contractor. His tenacity and dedication to the job enabled him to work with some of the finest builders in Lubbock where he learned varied and valuable aspects of home construction. Johnny’s first build from the ground up ignited a passion within him and, in 1996, he laid down his framing hammer and devoted himself fully to custom home construction.
He developed Kemper Estates in 1997, which hosted one of the 2001 Parade of Homes sites. In 2001, he also had the privilege of building the Symphony Guild Designer Showcase home and has gone on to build homes in the Gables Edition, Ravenwood, Suncrest, Lakeridge South, and Orchard Park. He is currently building in Stratford Pointe in the 2018 Parade of Homes. He is also a member of the West Texas Home Builders Association.
Johnny takes pride in knowing his customers are fully satisfied. He employs some of the finest subcontractors that Lubbock has to offer. Today, Johnny Mosser Custom Homes continues to construct some of the finest homes in Lubbock.
