Richard Webb Homes
Richard Webb was born and raised in Lubbock. He is a graduate of Lubbock High School and attended Texas Tech University.
Richard has dedicated his career to the building industry for 40 years. He pioneered Garden Homes in Lubbock and continues to do so. Building both custom and speculative homes in Dallas, Lubbock, Seminole, Seymour and the surrounding areas. No matter if your building a $150,000.00 home or a million dollar home, the craftsmanship remains the same. Richard personally supervises every phase of the construction process. A Richard Webb Home is unsurpassed when it comes to finish work. He believes in giving the homeowner the highest quality craftsmanship in each home. Not only does Richard build residential homes, he is a commercial builder and a developer. Some of those include Slide Road Business Park, Spring Park Offices, Western National Bank, Victory Life Baptist Church to name a few.
Being a member of the West Texas Homebuilder’s Association since 1971, he has seen many changes in the homebuilding industry. Richard has served on the Board of Director’s and is a Life Spike. He has participated in several Parade of Homes in which he has won both Judge’s Choice Awards and People’s Choice Awards.
Richard and his wife, Barbara have four children, nine grand children and one great grand child. They attend Southcrest Baptist Church.
